The fastest airport option is not always the easiest once you include the final transfer to your hotel.
AREX can be efficient when your hotel is easy to reach from Seoul Station. An airport bus can be simpler when it stops closer to your accommodation and you have heavy luggage.
Compare the hotel door, not the station
A rail journey that looks faster can lose its advantage if you need another subway transfer, stairs or a long walk with suitcases. Airport buses may take longer on the road but reduce handling.
